I am so incredibly impressed with the excellent customer service and helpfulness that this company (specifically Cesar) exhibited! My garbage disposal seemed to stop working whenever I would turn it on. I even tried unplugging and plugging it back in (totally foolproof). Being at an apartment, I didn't want to mess with it too much so my landlord contacted this company.

Cesar arrived in a timely manner and was very pleasant to speak with as I told him about the issue. He went on to figure it out and in a matter of minutes he found that it was not actually the garbage disposal, but an electrical issue. I immediately began thinking about my next steps, but Cesar was already on the case. As a plumber, he fixed the electrical issue! I'm so glad I don't have to call, make an appointment, wait, blah blah for an electrician. He was very informative and knew exactly what to do and constantly asked me for permission all throughout about what he can and can't fidget with. Thank you, Cesar and company!

P.S. - I'm annoying when it comes to cleanliness of my floor, but Cesar wore sanitary booties as soon as he got to my door! Little things.
